The Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (KOSDAQ) Association elected Lee Dong-hoon, CEO of Chemtros, as the 14th new president on the 25th.
The Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (KOSDAQ) Association announced that it held the 26th regular general meeting to elect new executives, including Lee Dong-hoon, CEO of Chemtros, as the 14th new president, and confirmed this year's business plan.
The newly elected vice presidents are CEO Yun Kyung-won of iNtRON Biotechnology, CEO Kim Won-kyung of RAONTEC, CEO Kim Jin-dong of Lake Materials, CEO Park Eun-hee of KOREA PHARMA, CEO Lee Jung-beom of JNB, and CEO Heo Bong-jae of HCT, totaling six people. Additionally, a total of 11 members, including CEO Ma Jeom-lae of MOT, were elected as new directors.
Newly elected President Lee Dong-hoon noted, "While the uncertainty of the domestic and international environment surrounding corporations continues, the association will strive to improve effective systems and discover policies to enhance the competitiveness of KOSDAQ companies." He added, "We will focus all our efforts to create new growth engines, expand support projects for value enhancement, and strengthen meaningful external cooperation for the qualitative growth and advocacy of KOSDAQ companies."
Meanwhile, the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (KOSDAQ) Association launched the slogan "A compass for growth leading the future, KOSDAQ." The major management goals selected are ▲Enhancing KOSDAQ competitiveness ▲Expanding membership support in response to changes in the business environment ▲Strengthening cooperation by expanding networks and activating communication ▲Enhancing KOSDAQ brand value ▲Improving the professionalism and efficiency of the association's secretariat.
