As of 9:04 a.m. on that day, Motive Link is trading at 15,300 won, up 9,300 won (155%) from the offering price of 6,000 won. It succeeded in achieving 'double' (the stock price doubled compared to the offering price) shortly after the opening.
Motive Link recorded a competition rate of 1,075.5 to 1 in the demand forecast conducted for institutional investors from the 31st of last month to the 5th of this month. A total of 2,122 domestic and foreign corporations participated. The offering price was confirmed at the upper limit of the desired range, 6,000 won (5,100-6,000 won).
In the public subscription for general investors held from the 11th to the 12th of this month, it showed a competition rate of 1,667.23 to 1. A total of 3.77 trillion won was raised as subscription deposits.
Motive Link plans to use the funds raised from the public offering for research and development aimed at enhancing technology, increasing production facilities, and expenses related to entering the Vietnamese market. In particular, they aim to improve the existing power conversion component-centric structure through module enhancement, thereby increasing product competitiveness and profitability.
