Digital transformation corporation Tech Labs noted on the 13th that it surpassed 10 billion won in operating profit last year.
On this day, Tech Labs announced that it recorded 97.8 billion won in sales and 10.5 billion won in operating profit last year. Sales increased by 17% compared to the previous year, while operating profit grew by 4%.
A company official explained, "The domestic number one fortune-telling platform, Jeomsin, grew significantly, recording an operating profit of 3.1 billion won, a 41% increase from the previous year, while the healthcare marketing business also grew steadily, setting a record for maximum sales for four consecutive years."
This year, Tech Labs plans to secure various business models in the B2C market centering around Jeomsin. Jeomsin, which has accumulated 17 million downloads, has formed a strategic alliance with Saltlux and Plunit, generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology companies. Through this, the company aims to develop a fortune-telling specialized AI model and take the lead in the AI fortune-telling market. Additionally, it plans to collaborate with leading corporations in B2C sectors such as fashion, living, finance, real estate, and insurance to elevate Jeomsin into a national app brand.
A platform for attracting overseas patients will also be introduced. This platform will provide a one-stop service for the entire process of medical tourism, from offering information on beauty treatments in Korea to searching for medical institutions, making reservations, payment, and other travel, tourism, and accommodation arrangements.
