NH Investment & Securities said it conducted a leadership seminar for its Head of Team of private bankers on the 10th.
The seminar was held at the NH Investment & Securities headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, on 7th. About 130 heads of private banking teams, including President Yoon Byeong-woon and Vice President Lee Jae-gyeong, who oversees the retail sector, attended the event.
This seminar was held to share management strategies with the heads of private banking teams, who are key leaders in the sales field, amidst changing market situations both domestically and internationally, including the start of the Trump second term, and to emphasize their roles in creating practical outcomes. President Yoon Byeong-woon took time to communicate with the heads of private banking teams and encouraged performance improvements, including a promise to support the sales environment.
Yoon said, "Although the domestic and international market environment has become difficult, the importance of heads of private banking teams, who are intermediate leaders in the sales field, is growing. I hope this serves as an opportunity to share the operational philosophy of the retail organization and to lay the foundation for them to grow as key managers."
On that day, the seminar also featured a lecture titled "Leadership in Change and Innovation that Creates Achievements" by Jo Yong-min, the representative of Unbind Lab. Additionally, meetings with analysts related to sectors that have recently garnered increasing interest from investors, such as artificial intelligence (AI), shipbuilding, entertainment, and robotics, were held.
