Education platform CREVERSE noted on the 20th that the number of secondary students has shown a double-digit increase.
The brand driving CREVERSE's growth in secondary students is the CMS Gifted Academy, which saw a 13% increase in students compared to the previous year as of December. Since starting its top-tier entrance examinations in 2003, CMS Gifted Academy has not conducted any university admissions but has produced over 40% of successful candidates from specialized high schools, science high schools, and gifted schools, which are key institutions for admission into science and medical colleges.
For candidates taking entrance exams for academies, the number can be seen as a measure of brand loyalty, with the winter semester entrance exam candidates for CMS Gifted Academy having increased by 40% compared to the previous year, thanks to the increase in medical school quotas.
Kim Hyung-jun, CEO of CREVERSE, said, "We plan to enter the high school market based on solid brand loyalty in the secondary market."
Meanwhile, CREVERSE plans to expand further starting with the opening of the Olympic branch in Dunchon-dong in February, including additions in Daechi, Mok-dong, Bundang, Sunae, Seocho, and Gwanak.
