"Shin Mungo" will perform necessary adjustment work regarding the difficulties reported by corporations. The Korea Institute of Certified Public Accountants will take strict action through supervision and ethical investigations regarding any cases that involve allegations of regulatory violations by auditors.

Complaints through "Shin Mungo" can be submitted online via the Korea Institute of Certified Public Accountants website.

Choi Woon-yeol, president of the Korea Institute of Certified Public Accountants, said, "I expect that the "Shin Mungo" we established this time will serve as a communication channel to listen to and adjust the opinions of corporations, which are a pillar of accounting reform," adding, "We will firmly respond to the professional ethics and legal violations of certified public accountants and will continuously make strong self-cleaning efforts."
