Park Hyun-cheol reelected as non-executive director of Korea Exchange

Park Hyun-cheol, CEO of Bukook Securities (photo), has been reappointed as a non-executive director of the Korea Exchange.

The Korea Exchange announced on the 13th that it held an extraordinary general meeting at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, and appointed Park as the industry representative non-executive director. The term is one year. Park has served as the industry representative non-executive director of the Korea Exchange since November 2019.

Born in 1964, Park received a master's degree in public administration from Hanyang University. He served as CEO of YuRi Asset Management from February 2015 to March 2019. Since then, he has been working as the CEO of Bukook Securities.
