BC Card will hold a year-end discount event through 'My Tag' until the end of December. My Tag is a customer-tailored discount service that allows users to tag directly in the personal finance platform 'Paybook' and receive discount benefits when paying with a BC personal credit or debit card.

The discount benefits include all cards issued by BC Card member companies (Woori Card, Hana Card, NH Bank, IBK Industrial Bank, KB Kookmin Card, iM Bank, BNK Busan Bank, BNK Gyeongnam Bank, Citibank Korea, Shinhan Card, Sh Suhyup Bank, BC Baro Card).

First, the 'Christmas My Tag Discount Event' will be held in online and offline shopping malls. On Musinsa and 29CM, customers who purchase over 70,000 won with BC Card will receive a discount of 3,000 won. For high-end electronics and smartphones, it is recommended to use Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, Coupang, or Apple Store My Tags. A maximum discount of 10,000 won is available for payments of 500,000 won or more.

Purchasing Christmas cakes can also benefit from My Tag. Customers can receive discounts of up to 2,000 won when spending more than 10,000 won at Tous Les Jours, Twosome Place, or Baskin-Robbins. Coffee shops such as Mammoth Coffee, Mega Coffee, and Compose Coffee offer a discount of 500 won on purchases over 5,000 won.

There are also My Tag benefits for customers preparing for year-end travel. When purchasing airline tickets over 200,000 won through the apps of Jin Air, Jeju Air, or T’way Air, a discount of 2,000 won is applied. Travel and leisure platforms such as Yanolja and Yeogiotte offer a maximum discount of 2,000 won for reservations of products over 100,000 won.

BC Card has also prepared a My Tag called 'Time Deal' that offers concentrated discounts during weekdays (Monday to Friday) at various times. The My Tag is available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. During the time from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., customers can receive a discount of up to 3,000 won at CU for purchases over 5,000 won, and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Starbucks. From 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., a discount of up to 3,000 won is offered for orders over 20,000 won on delivery apps like Baedal Minjok, Coupang Eats, and Yogiyo.

To receive My Tag benefits, it is essential to have the specific benefit tag before payment with BC Card, and discounts will be granted when the conditions for each tag are met. It is also good to note that the event may end early if the budget is exhausted.

There will also be offline shopping mall events. At Emart, customers can receive discounts of up to 50% for purchases of food items (such as Hanwoo, strawberries, sashimi, etc.) to popular toy products when paying with BC Card during the month of December. In Naver Shopping, discounts of up to 300,000 won are available in major categories such as digital goods, home appliances, furniture, and leisure.

Park Bok-yi, executive director of BC Card, noted, “In light of the year-end season, we have prepared events where BC Card customers can receive discount benefits at various online and offline merchants,” and added, “Together with 11 member companies, BC Card will continue to implement marketing strategies that satisfy our customers next year.”
