Former announcer and broadcaster Baek Ji-yeon revealed tips for body odor management.
On the 14th, a video titled "This one thing alone can make someone likable" was posted on the YouTube channel "Now Baek Ji-yeon."
That day Baek Ji-yeon said, "Isn't first impressions the most important when you meet someone for the first time? Today I want to talk about a subtle detail of impression. It's body odor management," and opened by saying, "No matter how nicely you dress, if there is an unpleasant smell, it is useless."
She emphasized, "The final care that completes an impression is smell." She then explained, "The sad fact is that after your 40s a special substance comes from the skin that determines the character of body odor. I thought, is this what they call 'old-person smell'?"
Afterward Baek Ji-yeon emphasized, "No matter how well you cover it with a pleasant scent, if there is an underlying foul smell it won't be solved. The most important thing is to wash diligently."
She continued, "In fact, there is no one without bad breath. We always eat meals and drink tea and coffee. After drinking coffee be sure to drink a glass of water. Elderly people tend to have bad breath because their mouths are dry," she noted.
Finally Baek Ji-yeon said, "I have an important routine. The basics are brushing, gargling and a tongue cleaner, and when I go to crowded places I chew gum I bought directly," adding, "I also like perfume. I don't spray it directly on the skin; I mainly spray it on the lower part [of my clothing]," which drew attention.
