Actor Yoo Hai Jin mentioned the film "The King's Warden."
On Sept. 14 the YouTube channel LifePlusTV posted a video titled 'A gathering of trusted actors "The incident that shocked Korea" | Rafl Weekly HOT & NEW ep.28 – Assassins.'
On that day host Ahn Hyun-mo said to Yoo Hai Jin, "'Two months exactly after finishing 'The King's Warden' the film 'Assassins' was going to start shooting," opening the conversation.
He asked, "You had to jump eras and change genre; what efforts did you make to inhabit a new character?" Yoo Hai Jin replied, "Actually I detach myself easily. What has passed is easily forgotten. I sometimes don't even know whether it was summer or fall."
He continued, "But actually 'The King's Warden' ran long. So during interviews sometimes tears would well up and later I realized, 'I've been unable to let go of this work for a very long time,'" he confessed, drawing attention.
Yoo Hai Jin added, "In any case it wasn't very difficult. Although the impression of 'The King's Warden' lasted a long time, it didn't seem to be a big enough hindrance to entering this project."
Meanwhile, the film "Assassins" follows the investigation into the suspicions and backers of the first lady shooting incident that shocked Korea on Aug. 15, 1974. Directed by Hur Jin-ho, it stars Yoo Hai Jin, Park Hae-il and Lee Minho. It is scheduled to open on Sept. 23, generating anticipation.
