She added, "When I heard that my mother was sick, she immediately received treatment. The surprising thing was how positive she was. She ate well, exercised more diligently, went hiking and led a very healthy life," expressing surprise at another side of Seo Jeong-hee.
Seo Dong-joo said, "Chemotherapy is hard, but my mother, my uncle and I went around finding delicious restaurants together. My uncle took my mother shopping. They made treatment days into enjoyable days, so they spent the treatment period cheerfully," she explained.
Seo Dong-joo said, "I thought my mother was a fragile person, but I realized then that she was stronger than anyone and a healthy person. I shouldn't have been the one worrying about her. Going through the crisis makes you learn about each other," showing affection for Seo Jeong-hee.
