Broadcaster Kim Gu Ra said he is currently maintaining two households.
On the 14th, a video titled "Bedtime-friendly economic stories, Kim Gu Ra economic laboratory EP.115 full version" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'GreeGura'.
That day Kim Gu Ra, while talking about areas that have schools, hagwons and commercial districts, opened his remarks saying, "This is true of Songdo too. My wife, you know. I am now, unintentionally, maintaining two households."
He empathized, saying, "My wife already doesn't want to come back to Ilsan. It's only been three weeks since she went to Songdo, but she doesn't want to come back," and "From her point of view, there's an outlet too."
However, Kim Gu Ra emphasized, "I still like Ilsan," and the panelists who heard this joked, "The ambassador is different after all," drawing laughter.
Meanwhile, Kim Gu Ra remarried in 2020 to a non-celebrity 12 years his junior and welcomed a daughter in 2021. Kim Gu Ra majored in English language and literature and confessed on a past broadcast, "I'm not confident speaking directly with foreigners," while his daughter made headlines for passing into an international school at age 4.
