Singer TEN opened a new chapter of his solo journey passionately with "OUTWEST."
TEN concluded promotions for the single "OUTWEST" following the Sept. 11 broadcast of KBS2 MUSIC BANK.
"OUTWEST" is a song that blends various genres such as hip-hop, tech house and R&B with TEN's captivating performance added. TEN personally participated in composing and writing the lyrics, capturing in the music a sense and longing to always head to new places.
Through this promotion, TEN delivered exhilaration to viewers with dynamic performances suited to the song's multi-genre structure. He added visual appeal with steady live vocals despite energetic movements.
Satisfying results followed. Immediately after release, "OUTWEST" entered Thailand's Spotify "Daily Top Songs" chart at No. 1, held the top spot for four consecutive days, and also rose to No. 1 on the "Weekly Top Songs (tracking period Sept. 4–10)" chart, demonstrating local popularity.
Additionally, it proved its distinctive influence by ranking No. 10 on Spotify's "Top Songs Debut Global (tracking period Sept. 4–6)" chart, and it boasted great popularity by reaching No. 1 on iTunes K-pop song charts in five countries and No. 14 on the worldwide iTunes song chart.
Meanwhile, on Sept. 14 at 1 p.m., TEN will release the music video for the album track "IRL," continuing the afterglow of his comeback. "IRL," which captures TEN's everyday life, is a bright and warm song that conveys his feelings to the people who have supported and cheered for him over the past 10 years.<
