Singer Soyou revealed easy-to-make recipes to cook at home.
On the 14th, her YouTube channel Soyougi posted a video titled Is there such an easy dish? (avocado octopus salad·spicy bean sprout tendon stew).
That day Soyou said, "I brought bar snacks that are simple yet classy? tasty? to enjoy," and presented recipes for avocado octopus salad and spicy bean sprout tendon stew.
Showing herself cooking, she said, "When someone watches while you cook it feels really stressful," and added, "When someone comes and asks 'Can I help?' (if they ask), staying still is what helps," which drew sympathy.
Soyou said the avocado octopus salad pairs with a highball and the spicy bean sprout tendon stew goes with soju, and confessed, "I used to just drink alcohol before. I didn't eat side dishes much."
But she said when people come over it becomes a day to eat side dishes, and added, "It's so simple that when guests come to my house I set a table or use these recipes, and when dating at home if you make it for your boyfriend you can get a 'You can cook, huh?' reaction," jokingly eliciting laughter.
Meanwhile, Soyou is a former member of the girl group Sistar, who scored consecutive hits with So Cool, Na Honja (I'm Alone), Give It To Me, Touch My Body and others, receiving much love. She mentioned the recent death of her father and explained, "I'm not dieting right now. After going through my father's situation recently, people around me kept telling me to eat whenever they saw me, so my stomach expanded in that time."
She continued, "I lost as much as 3 kg of muscle. I'll rebuild muscle by September. I'm not dieting now. I'm in a bulking phase. Last year I cut down once and maintained it. Now my body seems to have adapted. I eat a variety of foods but don't force myself. If I feel full I stop," she said.
