Actor Lee Pil-mo has lost his father.
On the 13th, according to the entertainment world, Lee Pil-mo's father, the late Lee Han-sik, passed away the day before. Lee Pil-mo and his wife, Seo Soo-yeon, are listed as chief mourners and are keeping vigil at the funeral home in sorrow.
The funeral room is set up in room 14 of Seoul St. Mary's Hospital funeral hall. The funeral procession will be held on the morning of the 14th, and the burial site is Jahayeon, Bundang.
Earlier, in September of last year, Lee Pil-mo appeared on Channel A 'Close friends tokyumentary table for four' and shared news of his father's illness.
At the time, Lee Pil-mo said that although he had lost his mother, he had not yet been able to inform his father at the hospital of the obituary. He said he was worried, noting, "My father has poor hearing. His memory isn't that intact, so we worried a lot about how to handle the funeral. How should I tell my father? It doesn't seem right not to tell him, and it doesn't seem right to tell him."
He added, "I think he will know by feeling. He doesn't ask about my mother. Even after two years he doesn't ask. Sometimes I think, 'Does he not remember mother?'" which moved listeners to sadness.
Meanwhile, Lee Pil-mo married Seo Soo-yeon, 11 years his junior, whom he met on TV CHOSUN 'Taste of Love' in 2019. The couple, who married that same year, have two sons.
