Actor Son Tae-young saw the BTS concert live in the United States and felt their immense popularity.
On the 13th, a video titled Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young's "Having clams in the U.S.? Son Tae-young♥Kwon Sang-woo close friends couple double date vlog (+BTS concert)" was uploaded to the Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young channel.
Son Tae-young moved with a close acquaintance to see the group BTS's New Jersey performance and appeared wearing a T-shirt that is J-Hope's concert merchandise.
He said "Originally I was going to buy the (this merchandise's) 'Arirang' T-shirt but it was completely sold out. What I'm wearing now is J-Hope's solo concert merchandise from two to three years ago. I'll hurriedly refashion this one and wear it."
When they arrived near the concert venue, the fans' flashy fashions caught their eyes, and Son Tae-young said "We don't know what to do like the young kids. The young kids all came dressed like trendsetters," and her acquaintance worried, "Our outfits are too plain."
Shouting that she is a "J-Hope fan," Son Tae-young looked at the crowd filling the venue and said proudly, "They came in such variety. As expected, world class is different."
Finally BTS's performance began, and the enormous wave cheering drew admiration. Midway through the concert, Son Tae-young and her acquaintance laughed, "Only we are sitting, most people are standing. The mothers (who came with children) are all seated." Son Tae-young left the venue during the encore and said, "This really looks no joke," adding that if they left any later they might not be able to get home, so they hurriedly left early. She added that, "By nature I will quickly take the shuttle and return home," and enjoyed the performance.
