'Kim Ju-ha's Day and Night' singer Song Chang-sik revealed the behind-the-scenes reason he ate spaghetti for three years straight.
On the 12th broadcast of MBN "Kim Ju-ha's Day and Night," singer Song Chang-sik, known for having an almost enlightened aura even within the entertainment world, appeared. Kim Ju-ha asked Jeong Mi-jo whether she got along well talking with Song Chang-sik. Jeong Mi-jo said "I didn't have that many conversations with him," which drew laughter. Song Chang-sik said, "Even without having many conversations, Jeong Mi-jo is an upper-class person. We come from different circles," saying that he and Jeong Mi-jo were on different levels.
This unique side of Song Chang-sik was not limited to just one or two things. Kim Ju-ha asked, "I heard you ate spaghetti for three years straight," and Song Chang-sik said, "The café where I sang closed and turned into a spaghetti restaurant. I thought spaghetti was a staple food for Italians; I wondered whether it could be a staple here, so I tried it, and that's how I ate it." He added, "I didn't mean to eat it for three years straight, but that restaurant was open for three years, so I ended up eating it that long."
Moon Seyoon asked, "Then if that restaurant had been open for five years, would you have eaten spaghetti for five years straight?" and Song Chang-sik said yes.
Song Chang-sik said, "I even have spaghetti I made myself. It's gochujang spaghetti and gonjaengi spaghetti," then laughed, saying he didn't know how to cook.
