Ahn Jung-hwan's daughter An Ri-won, who enrolled at New York University, returned to Korea after graduation and became a respectable office worker.
On the 12th episode of MBC Hangout With Yoo, a special travel course is laid out for commentator Ahn Jung-hwan, who is preparing to depart for the 2026 Aichi Nagoya Asian Games.
Ahn Jung-hwan, who said he hasn't been able to go to Italy since the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, enjoys a "Italy within Korea" trip prepared by the members.
Among this, Ahn Jung-hwan said of his daughter An Ri-won, "She graduated and returned to Korea. She got a job and today (recording date) is her second day at work." His son An Ri-hwan is currently a third-year high school student, and Ahn Jung-hwan expressed disappointment, saying, "Now she won't play with dad anymore."
Yu Jae-seok, startled and shocked, exclaimed, "Already Ri-won has gotten a job?" Meanwhile, the members congratulate Ahn Jung-hwan that his parenting has succeeded and begin pressuring him to throw a "hiring treat," prompting laughter.
Ahn Jung-hwan married Lee Hye-won in 2001. He welcomed his first daughter An Ri-won in 2004 and his second child An Ri-hwan in 2008, and revealed his children through variety programs such as "Dad, Where Are We Going?"
An Ri-won enrolled at New York University, which featured actors Lee Seo-jin and Ham Yeon-ji. Lee Hye-won explained the reason, saying, "She entered the sports management department. She said that while her father was playing, there were better players and teams and matching was difficult, and she wanted to study this to know better laws about it, thinking that would be better."
