Heo Seong-beom boasted an incredible résumé.
On the 12th, MBC's Omniscient Interfering View (hereafter Omniscient Interfering View) featured illusionist Lee Eun-gyeol and KAIST AI researcher Heo Seong-beom.
Heo Seong-beom introduced himself, saying, "I worked as a KAIST researcher, and as I gained public attention I have gradually been doing creator work, modeling and some broadcasting."
Regarding how he became interested in AI, Heo Seong-beom added, "My first encounter with AI was 7 to 8 years ago. There was the Go match between Lee Sedol and AlphaGo. In class we coded a simple AlphaGo. It felt like a promising field and I became completely hooked."
Heo Seong-beom said he graduated from a science high school and explained, "There are three rounds of admissions. (Exam times) math is three and a half hours, science is two and a half hours. There are only five questions. The third round is a 2-night, 3-day residential interview. They observe daily habits, hold group discussions, and each person also has math and science interviews."
He added, "Even within that, I was in the top 1%. My IQ came out as 151," and Song Eun I added, "That would be the record high that can be measured."
