Seo Jeong-hee candidly explained about her car.
On the 12th Seo Jeong-hee posted on her personal channel, "I have been driving a Ray for four years. A year ago I sold a limited-edition BMW. I didn't need two cars. I used the BMW for important events and when driving on the highway, and the Ray for my ordinary days. I lived by that standard," she wrote.
She went on, "Then one day I suddenly wondered what all this meant. So I sold the BMW. But today, from the moment I was on my way to the gathering, I was self-conscious about the Ray. I worried who might see me and felt small, and in the end I came back first," she confessed candidly.
Seo Jeong-hee said, "On the way back I thought about it. When people see me getting out of the Ray they often say, 'You're frugal.' Why didn't I appreciate hearing that today? So I resolved again. I don't drive the Ray because I am shabby. I know how to distinguish what I need and what I don't," she said.
Finally she said she changed her mind, "Driving a small car does not make you a small person. I will no longer change my choices because of others' eyes. A decision to be confident. A decision not to become small."
In the released photos Seo Jeong-hee strikes various poses in front of her car. Regretting that she felt somewhat embarrassed about her car for a moment, she showed a more confident posture.
Meanwhile, Seo Jeong-hee was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in 2022 and underwent surgery and treatment. Later Seo Jeong-hee announced her remarriage to architect Kim Tae-hyun, who is six years younger, and received many congratulations.<
