Singer Hong Seo-beom's unexpected recent news was reported on broadcaster Kim Gu Ra's YouTube.
On the 11th, Kim Gu Ra's YouTube channel "GreeGura" uploaded the video "Our neighborhood sentiment report part 3 - Yongin Suzy district [Kim Gu Ra economic research institute EP.115 - real estate edition]".
Before starting a real estate talk with real estate expert Kim In-man and economic expert Kim Jong-hyo that day, Kim Gu Ra said "I planned the 'our neighborhood sentiment report' corner for someone, and the response has been good so I feel really pleased," expressing satisfaction with the strong response.

But I see people really saying they like our neighborhood, and I think many people's desire that house prices not rise is contained in that," he said.
Currently Hong Seo-beom and his wife Jo Gap-gyeong are also being lashed by public opinion due to their son's infidelity controversy. The controversy arose when former daughter-in-law A filed a lawsuit against their son B seeking about 10 million won in compensatory damages for the dissolution of a common-law marriage and 1.1 million won per month in child support.
In March, A drew attention by exposing B's infidelity and failure to pay child support. A said she learned of B's affair while pregnant, and that C, the affair partner, admitted the affair in a three-way meeting, leading her to file for divorce. Later, in September last year the court ruled that the marriage was ruined by B's affair and ordered 30 million won in consolation money and 800,000 won per month in child support, but A claimed she did not receive the consolation money or child support. She also said she sought help from the parents-in-law, Hong Seo-beom and Jo Gap-gyeong, during this process, but they responded, "It's your matter, you handle it yourselves."
Later Hong Seo-beom said, "While watching my son's marriage and divorce lawsuit process, I also scolded him a lot out of deep sorrow and punished him, but since it is the adults' matter of love and divorce, it was not my place to interfere, so I quietly hoped it would be resolved amicably and watched over it," and added, "After the first-instance ruling, my son paid 20 million won of the 30 million won consolation money first and was about to pay child support when the other side filed an appeal. My son's lawyer told him to withhold child support until the trial ended, so we are waiting until the verdict."
Meanwhile, at the appeal held on the 6th, the same ruling as the original verdict was issued, and because A objected, the case has proceeded to the Supreme Court. In response, Hong Seo-beom and Jo Gap-gyeong said, "Through our son's legal representative, we will strictly instruct that obligations such as the payment of child support and consolation money pursuant to the ruling be promptly fulfilled," and "we will watch closely so our son can fulfill his responsibility to the end as the father of one child."
But despite his son's ongoing infidelity lawsuit, Hong Seo-beom announced he would appear at the Park Chung-hee presidential memorial concert held on Nov. 20. Netizens continue to debate his actions.
