BOYNEXTDOOR released a fake documentary teaser related to their new song 'ANIMAL'.
BOYNEXTDOOR (Seongho, Liu, Myeong Jaehyeon, Taesan, I-han, Unhak) uploaded a special report teaser for the repackaged edition of their first full-length album, HOME: DELUXE, to the HYBE Labels YouTube channel at 10 p.m. on the 11th.
The special report is a fictional documentary video incorporating the new release's concept, unfolding under the premise of "people who believe themselves to be animals".
Because it ties directly to the title track "ANIMAL," it piques interest, and the pinboard densely filled with information about the characters displays various animals such as ants, penguins, pigeons and owls alongside photos of the members, while mysterious notes such as "observe physical reactions during interviews" and "do they identify as a penguin even when they take off the suit?" arouse curiosity.
In particular, actor Yoon Kyung-ho makes a surprise appearance as an expert in modern human animal studies, providing unexpected fun. Yoon Kyung-ho observes the members and others exhibiting strange behavior and probes the anomalous phenomena.
The documentary-style direction combined with an unpredictable story raises anticipation for the full piece to be released on the 12th.
