Broadcaster Choi Hwa-jung revealed a unique behind-the-scenes story related to a rice cake shop she has been a regular at for more than 10 years.
On the afternoon of the 10th, a video titled 'Choi Hwa-jung faints! Revealing all nine of Korea's most popular rice cake shops (Gwangju Chang-eok tteok, Han Jeong-seon, Sinsa-dong combined)' was posted on the YouTube channel 'Hello, this is Choi Hwa-jung.'
Choi Hwa-jung began unpacking rice cakes from a shop in Bangbae-dong and said she has been a regular for over 10 years, drawing attention. She then admitted, "There have been times when I waited in front of it early in the morning and bought rice cakes."
When the production team asked if she did an opening run for rice cakes 15 years ago, Choi Hwa-jung replied, "No, back then it wasn't an opening run. I would go out to a nightclub and after partying, at about 4:30 a.m. I would go to the front of the place," making everyone on set burst into laughter.
She added, "How delicious would it have to be for me to do that?" revealing her extraordinary love for rice cakes.<
