Group TOMORROW X TOGETHER member Yeonjun will appear as a solo artist on the stage of the global large-scale charity concert "Global Citizen Festival."
On the 10th (local time), the international civic movement organization Global Citizen released the additional lineup for the "2026 Global Citizen Festival," in which Yeonjun was proudly included.
Earlier, after TOMORROW X TOGETHER was confirmed as the only Korean artist to perform this year, Yeonjun's solo performance was also realized. With this, Yeonjun became the second Korean male solo singer in the festival's history to be invited, following BTS's Jungkook in 2023.
The festival, held to urge solutions to global issues such as poverty eradication and response to climate change, will take place on the 26th at New York's Central Park in the United States and will be broadcast live worldwide on YouTube. The stage that day will feature a host of global stars including John Legend, Lenny Kravitz, Miss Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean, Rainn Wilson, Shabooji, Victoria Monet, and Yoshiki.
Joining this festival gives greater momentum to Yeonjun's solo activities, which have recently been shining on the U.S. stage. After releasing his mini album 2 "NO LABELS: PART 02," he became the second K-pop solo artist after Jungkook to perform on the U.S. morning show Good Morning America's "summer concert series."
He also became the first Korean singer to take the stage at the "Z100 summer bash presented by Wells Fargo," starred in "Billboard: One Night Only" held at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, and captivated sports fans by successfully completing a commemorative performance and first pitch at the "Korean heritage night" held at the LA Dodgers' home stadium. Demonstrating solo competitiveness through broad local activities, Yeonjun is expected to once again prove his true colors as a "next-generation global pop star" through this festival.
Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, of which Yeonjun is a member, will begin their fifth world tour, TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR 'STEAL THE WIND', kicking off with concerts in Seoul from Nov. 13 to 15. True to the tour name, "stealing the flow for ourselves," they plan to passionately engage with fans around the world in Asia, Japan, North America and Europe by leading their own momentum in any situation.
