Singer John Park said he wants to become a rapper.
On the 9th, a video titled 'John Park suddenly says he will become a rapper' was posted on the YouTube channel 'Is he John or Park?'. That day John Park emphasized to the production team, "I want to become a rapper. I'm not trying to be funny. I really want to do this," drawing attention. The production team, taken aback by John Park's declaration, asked, "Why are you acting like this all of a sudden?"
John Park confessed, "I want to try something new. And these days I'm very interested in rap," adding, "While covering idol songs I did a little rap, the YouTube response was okay and I really love hip-hop."
He went on to say, "In middle school I listened to Eminem's songs and was saved. I emigrated when I was young. I also went to the United States, so I was a foreigner. I was living a lonely life, but I listened to Eminem's songs and was saved."
John Park said, "I love hip-hop, but I have never rapped as a joke, appeared on 'Show Me the Money' or released music. But now I want to undertake a small challenge with love in my heart," raising expectations.
The production team worried, "But if you rap clumsily people will dislike it," and John Park confidently replied with a laugh, "If I do badly I should be criticized, of course. If I do well they'll say it's good. Honestly, I don't want to be criticized. But I don't think people will criticize me."
Meanwhile, rapper Swings will make his acting debut through the new 'Tazza' series 'Tazza: The Song of Beelzebub', which opens on Sept. 23. He takes on the role of Abraham, a ruthless outlaw who shows no fear, challenging himself with his first acting role.
Swings previously said on a show, "Since I was a baby I watched movies with my family. I grew up loving films," noting that while he expresses himself through rap, he also harbored a longing for another form of expression. <
