After placing premium saeujeot brought from the Gwangcheon caves, the homeland of saeujeot, on the freshly boiled hot suyuk and taking a mouthful, Choi Soo-jong was reportedly unable to hide his astonishment.
At the harmony of salty, umami-exploding saeujeot and tender suyuk, Choi Soo-jong and table reporter Saeri (resident of California, U.S.) could not contain their excitement and spontaneously started bobbing their shoulders to perform the "dance of truth," drawing laughter from onlookers.
