In the hot choice (popularity) men's institutional sector, where fans' pride is at stake, a total of 30 individuals (teams) entered as nominees, including Kang Daniel, Doh Kyung Soo, Park Jihoon, V·Jungkook·Jimin·Jin (BTS), SEVENTEEN, n.SSign, Yeonjun (TOMORROW X TOGETHER), Jang Min Ho, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and PLAVE. The women's institutional sector is also waiting for fans' choices with 30 individuals (teams) including LE SSERAFIM, RESCENE, Miyao, BABYMONSTER, Blackpink, (G)I-DLE, I.O.I, ILLIT, NMIXX, Younis, Yena, and TWICE.
In the rookie (new artist) men's institutional sector, 10 teams were named, including LNGSHOT, Modyssey, IDID, ALPHA DRIVE ONE, AND2BLE, AxMxP, AM8IC, KEYVITUP, TUNEXX, and hrtz.wav. This KM Chart monthly chart voting can be participated in through the official applications 'MyOnePick' and 'IdolChamp'. The vote results of the two apps are combined with a 50% weight each, and after voting ends, the final rankings will be revealed by synthesizing fan votes, the judging panel's evaluations, and KM Chart data scores.<
