Broadcaster Gwanghee expressed his admiration for SHINee's Minho.
On the 10th, the YouTube channel 'Solomon Code' uploaded a video titled "I asked Minho about passion" to its content series '30 minutes.' That day Gwanghee met SHINee's Minho and talked with him.
When Gwanghee mentioned that he exercises, Minho asked, "Hyung, why did you suddenly start exercising so hard?" In response, Gwanghee opened up, "If we face each other and talk like this, you might feel embarrassed."
He then confessed, "There are a few people I admire while working in the entertainment world. I also admire Yoo Jae-suk hyung, but among my peers the person I admire is you," which surprised listeners.
He went on, "I always use an iPhone. You know the name that appears when you AirDrop from an iPhone? The name set there is 'Choi Min-ho,'" he joked.
When Choi Min-ho was surprised, Gwanghee explained, "Actually, celebrities don't usually set their real names when AirDropping. If the name is searchable it bothers you, so they set a pseudonym, and when I was changing mine the person who immediately came to mind was you."
Gwanghee said, "Whether as a singer, an actor or on variety shows, you perfectly do well in all areas," adding, "So I set you as my role model and focus."
In addition, Gwanghee said he appeared with Minho in the 2012 SBS drama 'To the Beautiful You,' and recalled, "Because it was set at a school there were many supporting extras, and watching Minho personally take care of all the on-site staff taught me a lot at that time."
Gwanghee said, "He stood firmly by the director, and even when other supporting extras performed he didn't go into the waiting room but stayed to match the atmosphere on set and endured until dawn, and I thought, 'Ah, that guy has a lot to learn from,'" which warmed hearts.
Meanwhile, Minho released his second solo mini album on the 7th. Minho's solo new song "Make It Hot" is a pop dance track with added EDM sounds that intuitively expresses the feeling of being drawn to each other and getting closer in hot air.
