Soyeon (SOYEON) of the group i-dle takes over variety shows with candid wit and then launches full-scale comeback activities.
Soyeon appeared on MBC's Radio Star, which aired on the 9th. That episode was organized as a "The feeling is rising~ Let's go! Artists" special featuring Kim Chang-ok, Jang Ki-ha and Swings.
On that episode, Jeon Soyeon answered Kim Gu Ra's question, "I hear people are quitting these days — what is that about?" by saying, "The title of the new song is 'I'm going to quit.'" Jeon Soyeon said, "I really didn't quit," and noted, "Don't you sometimes think that? When you're working and it's hard, there's a romantic notion of saying, 'I'll just quit,' and I sang that."
Soyeon, who performed an impromptu live, said, "I've done various kinds of band music. I tried a Japanese band style and an American rock band style, but for the first time I prepared a Seoul band style. I wanted to pay homage to senior EX and contacted him and got permission to make it."
She also performed the album track "I hate vegetables song," which reflects her usual dislike of vegetables, and laughed as she said, "The music video shows killing vegetables, so it's brutal and became rated 19+."
Meanwhile, Soyeon's solo first full-length album "An amazing life," released on the 7th, showed her strength as a solo artist by placing songs on music charts, including the title track "I'm going to quit (Narr. Kian84)."
