The group SHINee member ONEW returns with a new Japanese song that captures the small joys of an ordinary day.
ONEW released the first music video teaser for his fourth Japanese single 'KAKERA -運命のピース-' (KAKERA - unmei no piisu -) on his official YouTube channel on the 7th. The video warmly and refreshingly portrays a woman who wakes up by tuning a radio frequency and savors small daily happiness while taking a walk and cleaning, creating a pleasant sense of excitement.
The album, which will be officially released at 6 p.m. on the 16th, is his first new Japanese release in about a year since his October mini album 2 'SAKU' (SAKU). The title track of the same name is a love song that sings of the joy of falling in love with a fated partner met like a miracle, highlighting ONEW's unique sweet vocal tone and delicate expressiveness. The album includes a total of five richly arranged songs: three original new songs including the title track, 'Tock-Talk' and 'Spring Rain', and covers of Teshima Aoi and Kirinji that local fans have been anticipating, '明日への手紙(letters to tomorrow)' and 'エイリアンズ(エイリアンズ)'.
Ahead of his comeback, ONEW heats up anticipation by pre-releasing the title track 'KAKERA -運命のピース-' audio and music video at 6 p.m. on the 9th. Then on the 22nd and 23rd he will hold a solo concert in Tokyo for two days titled 2026 ONEW CONCERT (ONEW THE LIVE : Q) and meet fans. True to the brand "a live you can trust," he plans to generously present on stage an honest musical journey in which he asks himself as an artist and seeks answers.
