Actor Youn Yuh-jung displayed a singular charisma that makes you forget her age.
Fashion magazine W Korea on the 7th selected Youn Yuh-jung as the first actor for 2026's "Best Performances" and released a pictorial via its official SNS.
In the released photos, Youn Yuh-jung stares at the camera wearing a brown leather jacket paired with black pants. In another photo, she wore a black leather outfit layered with flashy jewelry and struck a bold pose by covering one eye with her hand.
Born in 1947 and 79 years old this year, Youn Yuh-jung overwhelmed viewers with a style that belied her age and intense eyes. She even made her natural white hair part of her own style, completing an aura of seasoned authority distinct from her juniors.
W Korea described Youn Yuh-jung as "a tribute to an actor who has renewed herself for 60 years," saying "by the time she has lived and by her life itself, she is already an exceptional and singular presence."
Youn Yuh-jung, who debuted in 1966, marked her 60th debut anniversary this year. Nevertheless, she continues to actively work as an active actor, taking on new projects and characters.
