Actress Yoon So-i said she runs a baekban restaurant.
On July 7 the YouTube channel Han Chae-ah posted a video titled "Actress Yoon So-i, does she live this diligently?" That day Han Chae-ah and Han Guru visited a restaurant in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
It was a baekban restaurant run by Yoon So-i. Han Guru asked Yoon So-i if she still had ambitions for acting, and Yoon So-i said, "Actually aren't we all the same?"
She said, "The market has gotten so bad that I think there are more than one or two actors around me who are waiting, saying 'will it come?'" and "If the market improves a little and the situation gets better, I also want to go out," she confessed.
She said, "Until then I have to raise my child, so I will do what I can from my position, and if an opportunity comes I must go and do it right away," and added, "Having a child has made me fearless."
She added jokingly, "Now I don't have to use my head so much. I think, 'As long as I'm not ashamed in front of my child,'" which created a warm feeling.
Meanwhile, Yoon So-i said the reason she opened the baekban restaurant was, "What I'm most confident in is the home-style meals I ate and grew up on," and "I thought it would be good to do food that I have eaten since childhood."
Yoon So-i married musical actor Cho Seong-yoon in 2017 and has a daughter.
