Singer Sandara Park has drawn a sword against malicious commenters.
On the 6th, agency ARADNAS said on its official social media, "Our company has secured numerous pieces of evidence related to malicious posts and infringements of rights targeting our artist Sandara Park, and we are currently proceeding with criminal complaints and civil claims for damages through legal representation."
It added, "Regarding acts of repeatedly spreading false information or writing insulting posts using anonymity, we will identify the authors and hold them accountable through all possible legal means regardless of domestic or international platforms."
The agency said, "Even if posts are deleted or accounts are closed, legal procedures will continue based on the evidence already secured," and emphasized, "We will respond with a zero-tolerance policy, without leniency, settlements or withdrawals, to all future infringements of rights as well as matters already filed."
Finally, the agency added, "Under the principle that acts that infringe an artist's dignity and rights must bear responsibility, we will carry the necessary legal procedures through to the end."
