Broadcaster Pungja said she already feels sorry toward her future spouse as she imagines their marriage.
On the 7th, a video titled "Heat with heat: a village vacation in a fishing village" was released on the YouTube channel 'Pungja TV'.
That day, when the topic of marriage came up, Pungja said, "Marriage isn't an obligation in life, is it? I think marriage is something you do with someone you have that much certainty and trust," expressing her thoughts.
She said she has no concrete marriage plans yet but wondered if she might meet someone and get married someday. Then Pungja frankly said, "I thought about how noisy Korea would be when I get married."
She especially worried about the attention that would be focused on her future spouse. She said, "If an article pops up titled 'Pungja marriage,' how many people would be curious about who she married?" and "I don't know who it will be, but I feel bad that the person would receive all the attention just because they married me."
Because of that, even if she actually gets married, there is a high possibility she will not disclose her spouse's personal information. Pungja said, "If I get married, I feel like I probably won't reveal my husband at all."
However, she expressed a wish to be the first to tell her fans about the marriage news. She said she would prefer to tell her fans directly on her YouTube channel rather than through other media, promising, "If something good happens, I will honestly tell you first." While worrying about her distant future marriage, Pungja soon came back to reality and self-deprecatingly joked, "What's the point of talking about this. Marriage or whatever, I'm here eating squid alone," bringing laughter.
Regarding whether she is currently dating, she emphasized, "I'm not at all right now. It's a lonely night," making clear that the marriage talk was purely hypothetical.
