Actor Natalie Portman, who divorced because of her ex-husband's affair, has given birth to her third child.
U.S. entertainment outlet Page Six reported on the 5th (local time) that Natalie Portman and her boyfriend, Tanguy Destable, have welcomed their first child together.
With this, Portman has become the mother of three children. Natalie Portman has a son and a daughter with her former husband, former dancer Benjamin Millepied, whom she met through the film "Black Swan."
In photos released by Page Six, Portman and Destable were walking in Paris, with Destable wearing a baby carrier on his chest and holding the newborn. Dressed casually, they were enjoying the walk, smiling brightly as they held the baby.
Portman quietly kept the relationship with Destable private after they began dating in March last year, but this year she publicly announced her pregnancy, drawing attention.
Pregnant at age 45, Portman previously described the pregnancy in an interview with Harper's Bazaar as a "privilege and a miracle," saying, "Tanguy and I are really excited. It may be the last time I get pregnant."
She added, "This time there is calm, and I also know myself. I know who I want to spend time with and what kind of energy I want around me. That really makes the everyday experience beautiful," and later in Paris she was seen out in public pregnant for the first time.
Portman moved to France after leaving the United States with Millepied, who was her husband at the time, in 2014, and they held their wedding two years later. Although they had two children, they divorced after allegations emerged in 2023 that Millepied had an affair with climate activist Camille Étienne.
In July, Portman shared a maternity photoshoot on her social media with the caption "Counting the days until we meet you," drawing attention. In the photos she wore a light blue shirt with all the buttons undone, resting her hand on her pregnant belly and smiling.
