Singer Lee Young-ji once again offered a warm heart to neighbors affected by flood damage.
Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association said on the 5th that Lee Young-ji donated 50 million won to help recover flood damage in southern areas such as Geoje, South Gyeongsang, and to help victims restore their daily lives. Lee Young-ji said, "I hope this will be a small help in the recovery process. I will join my heart to cheer so that recovery can happen as soon as possible."
Lee Young-ji's good deeds are not new. Beginning with a 20 million won donation to Hope Bridge in 2022, she has continued to share steadily. In 2023 she donated 10 million won for children at risk of going hungry, and that same summer she generously contributed 100 million won to help repair flood damage.
In particular, recently she wrapped up the YouTube variety show I Didn't Even Prepare Much, which she had led for about four years, and once again made a large donation. On the 4th, the ChaJwiPpul channel released a video titled "Goodbye, my long-time friends." It looked back on the roughly four-year journey from the first shoot in 2022 to last month's final shoot and showed her saying farewell to the program.
Lee Young-ji decorated the end of ChaJwiPpul with sharing. She donated 50 million won to Hope Bridge for neighbors affected by flood damage and 50 million won to the Bapsang Community Welfare Foundation to support holiday gift sets for seniors, giving a total of 100 million won.
In particular, the amount was reported to be personal funds prepared directly by Lee Young-ji, not production costs or separate sponsorships, which added to its significance.
From flood victims to children at risk of hunger and support for seniors, Lee Young-ji has consistently reached out where help is needed. She concluded her relationship with her signature content ChaJwiPpul by donating 100 million won through the final act, continuing to exert a positive influence.<
