Actor Kim Jeong-hwa revealed her love story with her husband Yoo Eun-seong.

She said, "I met him with my former manager and his image was very dark. But when I was at a company called Dream Factory before, when I was going back and forth to study acting, I met a lot of musicians. I met a few famous composers and they were always dark. But when I met my husband he was still dark. I thought musicians are dark no matter if they do Christian music. So I had that prejudice. Bad image, not good. The production staff wondered, "Did you have a feeling he was the one you would marry?" and Kim Jeong-hwa drew a line, saying, "Not at all. He was dark. I don't like very dark people." Still, she revealed that her affection gradually grew, saying, "My husband composes ballads that are calm, subdued and weighty. But in person he's quite funny, witty, smart and clever. I learned that after getting to know him. He's just a church oppa. He sings praise well, plays piano and guitar well, has a good personality and a bright church oppa vibe, so I started to feel attracted to him."
When asked, "After deciding to marry, when you told your family, how did your sister and father react?" Kim Jeong-hwa said, "Actually my father wasn't going to church at the time. At first I even wondered if he was a strange person. Why would he talk about marriage so early? But he himself had certainty."
Meanwhile, Kim Jeong-hwa married CCM singer and evangelist Yoo Eun-seong in 2013 and has two sons.
