"My Genie Secretary" Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu showed interest in the part-time pay.
On the 4th, the SBS variety show "My Genie Secretary" (hereafter "My Genie Secretary") aired with actor Cha Taehyun appearing as the "my star."
That day, Cha Taehyun, who appeared as the "my star," is currently serving as the CEO of an entertainment company. He said, "Originally our company has three managers. And there are 4 actors, so there was no need to have them all cover duties. But from August everyone's schedules filled up."
When Lee Seo-jin said, "You're short on managers," Cha Taehyun said, "We're short. So I usually hire part-time (managers). I don't mind."
At that moment, My Genie Secretary came to see Cha Taehyun. Cha Taehyun said, "But two older brothers came. Actually I only need one person," and Lee Seo-jin joked, "Actually one part-timer might be better than the two of us."
Then Cha Taehyun asked, "How should I pay the part-time wage?" Kim Kwang-kyu showed interest, asking, "Do you pay part-time wages?" Cha Taehyun said, "I checked and a one-day driver for 8–9 hours is 130,000 won, and for long distance, night, or weekend duties it's 200,000 won. Today I'll have to give 200,000 won."
When Lee Seo-jin expressed regret, saying, "You should include a tip and give more," Cha Taehyun said, "But I only need one person." Lee Seo-jin joked, "One person. Kwang-kyu hyung is under me. I just need to cover his meal."
In the end, Cha Taehyun agreed to 300,000 won, and Kim Kwang-kyu quipped, "If giving cash is a bit awkward, you can give a gift certificate," drawing laughs.
