Girls' Generation HRS has finally debuted.
Girls' Generation HRS appeared on MBC's Show! Music Core, broadcast on the 5th, and unveiled the stage for the digital single "Skibidi" (Skibidi) track "Lowkey In Love" (Lowkey In Love).
That day HRS took the stage second in the overall lineup. Debuting with the heart of a rookie, HRS, placed earlier in the order, performed with an all-white, sporty-chic styling. Although it was a debut stage, relaxed stage manner and seasoned presence stood out.
The track "Lowkey In Love" is a dance-pop song that captures HRS's positive energy, featuring a retro mood that evokes memories of those days, lively brass sounds, a rhythmic groove and a catchy melody that delivers a pleasant vitality.
On the 22nd of last month at Seoul Land in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi, HRS first showcased the title track "Skibidi" and "Lowkey In Love" through the 2026 Cas Kool Festival, and delivered a successful debut stage with diverse vocals and vibrant performances.
In particular, during the ending pose, while each showed poses that revealed their individuality, when a full shot was captured they teased each other and drew laughs. From main vocal Hyoyeon playfully nudging Yuri, who was standing center, to Yuri trying to hold onto the center, the scenes caught attention.
Earlier, HRS met with the Music Core producer and communicated their requests. HRS's side asked Music Core for "three helicopters and skydiving filming" and "a 30-minute slot for an ending stage or opening stage." In response, Music Core requested HRS adopt a "rookie's attitude" and a "fifth-generation sensibility."
On the debut stage there were no three helicopters, skydiving filming, or a 30-minute ending or opening slot that HRS wanted, but by embodying the "rookie's attitude" and "fifth-generation sensibility" requested by Music Core, they made future activities anticipated.
