'Golden Disc Awards' returns.
According to the organizers of the 41st Golden Disc Awards, this ceremony will be held on Jan. 9 and 10, 2027, over two days at the outdoor special stage of VEC (Vietnam Exposition Center) in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The Golden Disc Awards is a stage that selects and performs a settlement of account of Korean pop music that received great love from music fans throughout the year. Every year it draws attention with a glamorous lineup, special performances and stages that can be seen only at the Golden Disc Awards, and the award results. The 40th Golden Disc Awards featured a total of 18 K-pop acts, including LE SSERAFIM·Stray Kids·IVE·NCT WISH·ENHYPEN·ALLDAY PROJECT·Jennie·Cortis, who performed on stage.
Golden Disc is preparing a large-scale performance again this time. The venue is the same place where the 25,000-seat V Concert and the 50,000-seat 8 Wonder Concert were held. Although large-scale performances by Vietnamese singers have taken place here, this is the first time a large event featuring K-pop artists will be held.
Hanoi is the eighth overseas host city for Golden Disc. In the past it has held ceremonies in Osaka (26th), Kuala Lumpur (27th), Beijing (29th), Bangkok (37th), Jakarta (38th), Fukuoka (39th) and Taipei (40th), meeting many music fans who love K-pop. This time again it plans to face a variety of fans with a glamorous lineup of stages.
