HYBE Latin pop group Santos Bravos (SANTOS BRAVOS) showed an overwhelming presence as an emerging global force by winning two awards at a major Latin popular culture awards ceremony.
Santos Bravos on the 3rd (local time) at the 23rd Premios Juventud held in Marbella, Spain took home the trophies in the Favorite Group·Duo of the Year (Grupo o Dúo Favorito del Año) and New Generation Male (Nueva Generación Masculina) institutional sector simultaneously.
Premios Juventud is a leading Latin popular culture awards ceremony organized by global media company TelevisaUnivision, and the fact that winners are decided through global public voting proves their overwhelming local popularity and fandom power.
Santos Bravos, who grabbed the trophies, said they were truly happy and grateful to receive such a meaningful award. They added that this award comes to them with even more special meaning, and then performed a special stage with the track VELOCIDADE from their debut EP DUAL, heating up the venue with a shocking dance break and explosive stage presence.
Santos Bravos is a five-member multinational group that debuted in October 2025 through HYBE Latin America after being grafted with the multi-home, multi-genre strategy led by HYBE chairman Bang Si-hyuk and the K-pop methodology. Members from the United States, Brazil, Peru, Mexico and Puerto Rico have come together to open a new horizon for Latin pop.
With their debut EP DUAL reaching No. 17 on Billboard's Top Latin Pop Albums in the U.S., they are riding a steep upward trend, surpassing 500 million cumulative views on related videos. After selling out solo live events in Peru and Brazil and capturing a 20,000-person festival stage in Mexico, they recently solidified their global reach by becoming the first Latin group to perform on the KCON LA stage.
