"Groom's Class 2" stars Park So-young and Moon Kyung-chan revealed the childbirth process.
On the April 4 broadcast of Channel A variety show "Groom's Class 2," the couple Park So-young and Moon Kyung-chan revealed the delivery of their daughter Mary (fetal name).
On the day of delivery, Park So-young said, "The cervix is only 1 cm dilated, but now it's over 40 weeks. I think it was good to have labor induced. There might be no news even until the 41st week," showing excitement and nervousness.
Moon Kyung-chan passed on a tip, saying, "Breathe in for four seconds and out for four seconds so you don't lose your breath during contractions."
A few hours later, as labor pains spread through her whole body, Park So-young cried out, "It hurts," and suffered. The pain was so severe her whole body even trembled. Eventually Park So-young called the medical staff.
After changing clothes and coming in, Moon Kyung-chan held Park So-young's hand and breathed with her, and with a loud cry their daughter Mary came into the world. The medical staff said, "She resembles her father," and tears streaming, Park So-young said, "She really resembles her father. Thank you so much," unable to take her eyes off her.
Moon Kyung-chan said, "I need to change my phone. One with large storage," as he filmed his wife and daughter and showed affection, saying, "She's pretty." Holding their daughter in her arms, Park So-young smiled and said, "I have to make a lot of money."
Meanwhile, Park So-young married Moon Kyung-chan, a former baseball player five years her junior, after a public relationship in December 2024. She conceived naturally while undergoing in vitro fertilization procedures, and gave birth to a daughter on the 28th of last month.
