Many fraudulent bookings were detected during EXO concert pre-sale, and the agency has taken a tough stance.
On the 2nd, EXO's agency SM Entertainment posted a notice titled EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon "dot" - notice of cancellation and reopening of fraudulently booked tickets on the official fan community Weverse.
Through the notice, SM said that while conducting continuous monitoring of booking records for this performance to create a fair booking environment, on Aug. 27, 2026, at 8 p.m. several entries suspected of being booked through abnormal methods during fan club pre-sale were confirmed via the Melon Ticket domestic page.
Confirmed fraudulent bookings will be canceled and fully refunded without separate individual notice, and accounts that attempted fraudulent bookings will be blocked from making reservations.
SM added that seats remaining due to cancellation of fraudulent bookings will be reopened according to the schedule below, and only members who have completed pre-verification for the domestic page fan club pre-sale will be able to make reservations, announcing the specific reopening period for seats canceled due to fraudulent bookings in advance.
SM added that it will continue monitoring and taking action against fraudulent bookings and illegal transactions to ensure that audience members who purchase tickets through proper procedures do not suffer disadvantages, and asked for the audience's understanding and cooperation to foster a healthy and fair booking culture.
Meanwhile, EXO is scheduled to hold an encore concert, EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon "dot", in Seoul at KSPO DOME for three days from Nov. 6 to 8, where they will meet fans.<
