Actor Lee Soo-kyung denied allegations of abandoning her pet dog.
On the 3rd, a video titled "I am a woman with experience in dog training~" was uploaded to the Lee Soo-kyung's Career channel.
That day Lee Soo-kyung visited a puppy kindergarten. She said, "This is a puppy kindergarten. They also run a hotel and do grooming. A close older sister attends here. I came to heal a bit, and since I have experience, I wanted to come and show that this exists."
She continued, "I have certifications. I have a level 3 trainer instructor certificate. I like getting certificates. Since it may be hard to make a living in the future, I got the certificate thinking I might be able to use it later in my life, so I thought it would be good to come and occasionally help out here," and she showed her affection for the dogs, saying, "Aren't they so cute? Actually, that's why I come to heal."
Then the production staff asked, "Where are your older sister's dogs?", and Lee Soo-kyung said, "Our dogs are at my parents' house. I'm not always at home. There are many places where you can't take dogs. Then I might not be able to properly feed them and I would be worried while working. Since my mother is always at home, she said she would raise them, so I stay at my parents' house more to see the dogs."
When asked, "There were comments saying you abandoned the dogs," Lee Soo-kyung said, "No. People always criticize me on social media for only posting pictures of our dogs," and added, "They are now senior dogs and need a lot of care. They need someone to always look after them and check on them frequently, and my mother volunteered to do that, so I will work hard to earn money to pay for the kids' food and such."
