The group ENHYPEN is sweeping the top spots on major Japanese album charts with their new mini album, showcasing their solid global standing.
According to Oricon's announcement on the 3rd, ENHYPEN's eighth mini album 'THE SIN : BLISS' earned a total of 193,282 points to rank No. 1 on the latest 'weekly combined album ranking' (Sept. 7). Oricon highlighted, "ENHYPEN's number of No. 1 works on the 'weekly combined album ranking' is 11, which corresponds to the third-highest record in history among artists who have topped this chart."
The new release also claimed the top spot on both the weekly album ranking and the weekly overseas album ranking calculated over the same period, earning Oricon's triple crown, and achieved the feat of entering the top 10 on the weekly digital album ranking.
Their performance on the Billboard Japan charts also stands out. In the latest chart tally, THE SIN : BLISS went straight to No. 1 on top album sales, and the title track "Bloody Paradise" showed strong digital power by placing No. 10 on the hot shot song list and entering the Japan Hot 100 chart.
They are not only succeeding in Japan but also writing record results in the United States, the center of the global music market. With this album, ENHYPEN captured No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard main album chart, the Billboard 200, and the title track "Bloody Paradise" ranked No. 23 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100, just below the Hot 100. Both results are ENHYPEN's personal bests in the mainstream pop market, demonstrating their further expanded global influence.
