KATSEYE opened a large-scale arena tour after successfully completing their first performance held in Dublin, Ireland.
KATSEYE opened the first curtain of THE WILDWORLD TOUR on the 2nd at Dublin 3Arena. This tour will run for a total of 31 shows across 27 cities in 10 countries in Europe and North America. The originally scheduled 27 shows sold out within 48 hours of ticket sales starting, and the additionally opened shows in London, New York, Los Angeles and Mexico City also recorded full sellouts, proving their overwhelming ticket power. This nearly doubles the size of their performances compared with last year's North American tour The BEAUTIFUL CHAOS, showing KATSEYE's formidable growth.
At the show, the members who appeared riding lifts opened with the title track Hootie Frutti from their third EP WILD and presented a varied set list including Internet Girl, That Way, Touch and Mean Girls, prompting enthusiastic singalongs from fans. Solo stages that showcased each member's individuality shone particularly brightly. Danielle delivered an enchanting Latin dance before her Gabriela stage, Megan attracted attention with a solo that added acrobatics to the PINKY UP outro, Yoonchae unleashed intense reversal charisma with the dance break of M.I.A, and Lara premiered her self-composed Unloveu with an emotional piano accompaniment, moving the audience.
They also performed remix versions of I'm Pretty and My Way, the special collaboration track ICONIC BY MISTAKE, their debut song Debut and mega hit Gnarly in succession, raising the concert's immersion to its peak. Having made a successful start in Dublin, KATSEYE will continue the tour through Europe — including London, Paris and Amsterdam — and on to major North American cities such as Los Angeles and Mexico City.
