SHINee Minho has found a new object of affection he cherishes like a son.
On MBC's I Live Alone, SHINee Minho was captured completely absorbed in "bonsai making," not exercise. Having always enjoyed active hobbies such as running, swimming, cycling and triathlon, attention is focused on how Minho has fallen into a calm hobby that is 180 degrees different.
The MBC I Live Alone episode airing on the 4th at 11:10 p.m. (directors Heo Hang, Kang Ji-hee, Kim Jin-kyung, Moon Ki-young, Jung Ji-woon, Kim Gyuri) will reveal SHINee Minho's new hobby, "bonsai making."
In the released photos, Minho is shown surrounded not by exercise equipment but by numerous "bonsai." He says he recently developed a hobby for "bonsai" and attends a bonsai garden to take classes. Earlier, Minho visited Kian84's studio and gifted a "bonsai" he had made himself.
Because Minho released fiery energy while conquering various sports such as running, swimming and cycling, attention is focused on why he became absorbed in "bonsai making." Among the bonsai, Minho searches for the one he is making with affectionate eyes, saying, "Where is my son~?"
Minho sits in his spot and immerses himself solely in "bonsai." He says he takes bonsai classes every week despite his busy schedule and shows sincerity, saying, "I keep thinking about this friend." He carefully considers each branch of the son-like "bonsai" he is making and concentrates on the work with delicate hands. Even while cutting a branch, he shows deep emotional involvement, saying, "My heart hurts!" which surprises the other cast members.
While Minho was calmly absorbed in "bonsai making," a friend who is both an "exercise mate" and a "bonsai senior" appears, awakening his dormant competitive spirit. Minho is seen suddenly springing to his feet, raising curiosity about what exactly happened.
Meanwhile, I Live Alone has recently been facing ongoing allegations of fabrication surrounding Jun Hyun-moo's impromptu trip to Kazakhstan for 2 Days & 1 Night. In addition, this week the producers teased Kim Shin-young's new travel content, prompting mixed reactions such as "looking forward to it," "I want to see it" versus "how shameless" and "seems like they are trying hard to sway public opinion."
