Actor Lee Byung-hun is getting laughs after suffering the indignity of having his face cropped out of his wife Rhee Minjung's social media photos.
On the 3rd, Rhee Minjung uploaded several photos to her social account, writing, "Oh no.. the strap came out."
Earlier, Rhee Minjung and Lee Byung-hun were invited to and attended together the 'CJ Night in celebration of Frieze Seoul' event held at the Leeum, Samsung Museum of Art in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
But that day Rhee Minjung drew attention by posting photos from the event in which she cropped out Lee Byung-hun's face, who was standing right next to her, and posted a close-up of only her own face. She added, "I cut it out because the person next to me had an awkward expression... sorry," which made people laugh.
In particular, right after she filtered a two-shot with Lee Byung-hun, Rhee Minjung posted a close, seemingly proud two-shot with singer and actor Rain (Jung Jihoon), writing, "With Jihoon." The stark contrast in tone compared with how she treats her husband Lee Byung-hun adds to the humor.
Meanwhile, as requests for a two-shot with Lee Byung-hun continued, Rhee Minjung kept up her cheerful behavior by posting another photo of Lee Byung-hun taken at a different official event and showing a repentant side, writing, "I... I'll hug you..."
Meanwhile, Rhee Minjung and Lee Byung-hun married in 2013, welcomed their first son in 2015, and drew much attention when they had a late-born second daughter in 2023.
