On the 31st broadcast of KBS2 Problem Child in House, the couple Yeo Esther and Hong Hye-geol, married 33 years, appeared and displayed cheerful wit.
That day, when Yeo Esther's astonishing company size was revealed, the cast's admiration poured out. At the mention of annual sales of 300 billion won, Yeo Esther clarified that it was not the amount combined with subsidiaries but "the headquarters alone is 300 billion won," surprising everyone.
In fact, Yeo Esther's own spending was modest. Recently focusing most of her attention on running the company, she said the last time she went to a department store was six to seven years ago and that she mostly spends weekends at home.
