Hwang Jung-eum received study abroad information that was helpful to Oh Hyunkyung.
On the 2nd, a new video titled 'The day I had a private tutoring interview for the first time in 17 years (feat. Jun-hyuk's mother)' was posted on Hwang Jung-eum's YouTube channel.
That day Hwang Jung-eum said, "This is the first time in my life that I am not living diligently," and Oh Hyunkyung emphasized, "It's not that you're not living diligently; that is also important to you."
Hwang Jung-eum said, "I must live diligently no matter what. Our Wang-sik and Kang-sik being raised well is the first priority in life," adding, "I want to spend all my assets on the children's education. Education is so important."
She continued, "I'm planning to send them to study abroad, and the important part starts now. You sent your sister's daughter to school in Boston. Why did you choose that place?" she asked.
Oh Hyunkyung said, "There are schools where you can take classes as an auditor. Try sending them for a semester, then try a homestay in another state, and finally try dormitory life. I tried all of that over five years," she said.
Oh Hyunkyung said, "She enjoyed summer school so much that we misunderstood she wanted to stay a few more weeks, and thought she wanted to attend a boarding school in the U.S. We prepared immediately, took the entrance exam and went on the tour. When that school accepted her, the study abroad process began."
Also, Oh Hyunkyung advised, "If I were to send them again, I would like to go with them and stay there. I want to fill the child's empty space," adding, "From now on, watch the exchange rate and buy a little whenever it's cheap and save—that's the start. These days international students have visa issues. Not everyone who is accepted can go. Check that carefully. Also, be careful about the children's social media use."
